We use "top grain" Aniline-Dyed Italian leather on our leather items.The leather is a perfect balance between durability and softness.Our leather hides are 100% genuine top-grain leather. Many manufacturers utilize lower quality hides that must be corrected, stretched, patched, and altered. This takes away from the durability of the leather and does not have the same luxurious feel as our leathers. Our leather hides are individually cut to pattern (not cut and sewn). You will be able to recognize cut and sewn patterns by the seam down the center of the cushions. Our leather hides are fully aniline dyed, colored completely through, not just on the surface. This makes for easy cleaning, and prevents fading, staining, and soiling and won't peel and crack like lower quality leather.

In order to help keep your price low, you can choose Standard Leather 100% genuine leather is used on all seating surfaces and areas generally touched while sitting. The back panels and side panels are upholstered with a premium vinyl match which is color - matched at the same time the real leather is dyed. That can be upgraded to full leather for an additional cost. Full Leather 100% genuine leather is used on all upholstered surfaces. No vinyl match fabric is used anywhere. We recommend this for use in open areas.

Our microfibers exhibit the beauty and sensuous feel of a soft suede, and are made of the latest 100% pure microdenier polyester fiber. Compared with other microfibers, you will find that ours wear better over time, resisting abrasions and scratches, perfect for both busy home-life as well as commercial environments.

Our solid hardwood frame is designed to withstand the most demanding use and to provide the utmost comfort each frame is padded on the front, side, and back. Our frames will not warp, split, or break. All joints are connected by tongue and groove construction which ensures quality craftsmanship. In some models legs need to be assembled by purchaser

Cushions - Our models include 2.5 grade multi-density foam, which is more durable and provide better comfort that a 1.2 - 1.6 grade foam used by many manufacturers. Individually pocketed coils for balanced comfort and long life. Each individual cushions is velco attached, is removable, has zippers which allows for replacement of the cushion padding. 8 gauge heavy duty no-sag sinuous springs are used to provide a comfortable long lasting seating platform.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Please note that when paying by personal checks, money order, or cashier check we must first wait for the payment to clear before processing your order. Your credit card will get charged 12-48 hours after you place an order. Before anything is delivered to a customer's home payment in full must be made.

AMC SOFA proudly offers in-home delivery on all products anywhere in the continental United States. We only use reputable shipping companies to transport our merchandise. We use national common freight carriers. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse in Los Angeles, please allow 7-15 working days for delivery. Larger shipment must be delivered by a specialty moving company and are delivered into your home (up to 2 flights of stairs), unpacked, and all packing materials are removed.

You have 3 business days to cancel or change your order before it is firm with the manufacturing facility. Each piece is custom made for every order so we encourage you to ask all questions regarding the product before placing your order. If you do not cancel your order with in the 3 days there will be a 20% non-refundable charge for materials used in your order.

Each upholstered piece is custom made, please allow approximately 8-10 weeks from date of order for items to be delivered. 3 to 4 weeks (approximately) after ordering, picture of the sofa will be email for your approval. Some items are carried in regular stock and have a faster ship time. Please check our sofas inventory for faster delivery .

It is the customers responsibility to make certain that the ordered items will fit in their desired living space. If the ordered items do not fit through an entry way, up stairs, etc. the customer will have to pay for shipping that particular item to customer home and back to our warehouse. However because the items are custom made we charge a 20% restocking and material fee. If a new, smaller replacement item is requested then the customer will need to pay to have that item shipped as well.

We do offer you the opportunity to return the item within 14 days of delivery, (shipping cost is not refundable) however because the items are custom made we charge a 20% restocking and material fee. The balance of the payment minus fee will then be credited back to you. The item must be in its original (new) condition and packaging and prior authorization must be arranged by phone or emailing. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
