Your credit card will get charged 12 hours after you place an order. Before anything is delivered to a customer's home payment in full must be made.

All orders from AMC SOFA are delivered and brought in-home. We only use reputable companies to transport our merchandise. We use national common freight carriers. Once a shipments leaves our warehouse in Los Angeles, please allow 7-15 working days for delivery. Larger shipment must be delivered by a speciality moving company and delivered into your home(up to 2 flights of stairs), unpacked, and all packing materials are removed. In some models legs need to be assembled by purchaser.The prices for shipping in 48 States are $200 - $350 to the West Coast, $350 - $450 to Middle USA and $485 to the East Coast.
Order and delivery times vary and because each upholstered piece is custom made, please allow approximately 8-10 weeks from date of order for items to be delivered. Some items are carried in regular stock have a faster shipping time, around 2 weeks on average. Please check our sofas inventory for faster delivery . AMC SOFA will make every effort to issue an accurately estimated shipping time frame, however due to new homeland security laws, shipping on some orders may be delayed due to increased inspection requirements. Also, manufacturers may have shipping delays due to increases in orders, work stoppages, equipment failure, etc. AMC SOFA is not responsible for shipping delays on any product order.
We Consistently work with the same freight carrier and they experts at shipping our furniture. In exceptional circumstances, a product may arrive damaged from the shipping process, if for some reason a piece is damaged we ask that you do the following: Inspect item for obvious damage immediately upon delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. All damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before the delivery person departs. Shipping related damages which are not noted on the bill of lading cannot be filed with the shipper, therefore the AMC SOFA will not cover these damages. If the goods are in unusable damaged condition, you may reject the delivery or have delivery driver clearly mark on the delivery receipt all damages. Rejecting goods is very rare and is only authorized if the goods are completely damaged and un-usable and un-repairable. If you ordered more than one item, but only one item is damaged, only refuse the damaged item.If you refuse the entire order shipping charges will apply to undamaged items when they are sent back to you. If the product is nicked or scraped, please keep the product and make the proper remarks on the freight bill. The product will be repaired, replacement parts will be sent, or a discount will be given to you. Please notify us immediately during the time of delivery in the event that there is damage. AMC SOFA will not be held responsible for any order issues not originally reported on the Bill of Lading. The customer agrees to cooperate with AMC SOFA and the shipping company to resolve transit related damages. AMC SOFA reserves the right to repair or replace goods depending on the nature of the damage. The customer agrees that the claim response time frame is outside the control of AMC SOFA . As soon as the agreed upon solution is decided by the shipping company AMC SOFA will order replacement goods or authorize repairs to existing goods at no cost to the customer
It is the customers responsibility to make certain that the ordered items will fit in their desired living space. If the ordered items do not fit through an entry way, up stairs, etc. the customer will have to pay for shipping that particular item to customer home and back to our warehouse. However because the items are custom made we charge a 20% restocking and material fee. If a new, smaller replacement item is requested then the customer will need to pay to have that item shipped as well.
